FineSpeak provides cloud-based VoIP communication services including:

• Virtual phone numbers
• Voice calling (inbound and outbound)
• SMS messaging
• Call management features

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

FineSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
